It really does get easier. Still lots of work up the road, but usually much smoother. I think the hardest thing for most new networkers is sponsoring that very first person.

		<description>I really like the airplane analogy  (I plan on stealing it). The only reason a lot of people that fail in MLM is they give up with out ever actually doing anything to make the business successful. More people would put in the effort to succeed if they realized that there is going to be 3, 6, 12 months of hard work to get the business off the ground then it does become easier.</description>
