<description>Absolutely true that attitude makes a big difference in our business. Having been working in sales I notice more and more every day that the thoughts I hold in my mind tend to get reflected back at me through the people I interact with on a daily basis. It&#039;s an amazing thing to experience because it really makes me wonder what is possible in this world if only we adopt the kind of attitude that will attract to us the opportunities we truly desire.

I think that, just like we tend to copy what our mentors do, people whom we sponsor will duplicate everything that they see us doing as well and if we are the kind of person who jumps between deals then all our followers will do the same, making it so much more difficult for us to succeed. Therefore if we stick to what we believe to be good then our followers will do the same and we are able to build a stronger organization over time.
