Great job Eldon!

Another thing that is missing is LISTENING and that is a big part of leadership! And once you listen, it makes is easier to praise and recognize!

EXPECT Success!

Hi Eldon,

Great post! A little gratitude goes a long long way when you are building a team. I have seen it over and over again and it is so simple to do!

Besides picking up the phone to call and encourage my team members, I send a personalized greeting card saying "Congratulations!" every time they hit a milestone or achieve a goal. The fun thing is, they often end up calling me to thank ME for the card!

Sending cards is a great way to build a team and strengthen relationships, communication, and provide support.

Thanks again for sharing your secrets!

Best regards,

Lisa Hanfileti

Very good advice to acknowledge the efforts of the people in your MLM downline and praise them for the good they are doing. Many of us are get caught too much into the technical things that we forget to give the "fuel" that people need to start working.
