A sponsor has a Responsibility to help their new recruit. Motivation comes when they get a taste of the results! You have to help them plan their DMO (Daily Method of Operation) and also hold them accountable. Motivation is based on their reasons...and if you aren't working to fully understand that and their obstacles...then you're NOT sponsoring. This is not a "throw it up against the wall" to see if they'll get to work...it requires working WITH them that's how you EATCH their excitiment and motivation BUILD!
