3) Effective leaders inspire their downline team to action. They share success stories and encourage their associates to invest time in self-development.

4) Effective leaders set the standard for excellence. They understand that what they do, their downline will observe and use as a model.

6) Effective leaders encourage their team to openly share and discuss any ideas they have. They provide guidance based on proven success principles, but not with the attitude of “my way is the only way”.
